1 1/2 Lb H-E-B® 93% Ground Beef
1/2 cup(s) white onion, diced fine
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cup(s) blue cheese dressing
4 hamburger buns
4 romaine lettuce
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 small red onion, sliced

Mix together beef, onion, bread crumbs and egg with 1/2 cup dressing in a medium bowl then shape into 4 patties.
Cook patties in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until well done.
