Blue Cheese and Bacon Sirloin Steak

1 1/2 Lb beef sirloin steak
1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Original Steak Seasoning
4 H-E-B Hickory Smoked Bacon
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 Tbsp H-E-B Salted Butter, softened
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped leaves

Instructions

Remove excess fat from steak and cut meat into 4 portions.

Season on both sides with steak seasoning.

Wrap each steak with a slice of bacon and secure with a thick toothpick.

Set steaks on a sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to grill.

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F (medium).

Combine blue cheese crumbles and butter in a small bowl and set aside.

Place steaks on grill, close cover, and grill for 4 minutes per side or until the internal temperature of the steaks reaches 145°F for medium rare or 155°F for medium.

Place 2 tablespoons of blue cheese mixture on each steak, close grill cover, and cook 1 more minute.

Place steaks on a platter and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
