Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp cold pressed canola oil. garlic flavor
1 Lb lean ground sirloin
1 cup(s) sweet onion, finely chopped
12 Oz beer
12 Oz H-E-B Pico de Gallo
15 Oz can borracho beans, with liquid
1 packet H-E-B Taco Seasoning
1 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
1 1/2 cup(s) Bloody Revolution Bloody Mary Mix
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped

Place a large soup pot on medium high heat. Add oil and ground beef. Stir and cook thoroughly until well browned, about 5 minutes.
Add onion and sauté another 3 to 4 minutes. Add beer, pico de gallo, beans, taco seasoning, broth and Bloody Revolution to pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir fresh cilantro through just before serving.
Add optional taco garnishes if desired, such as sour cream, grated cheddar cheese and cubed avocado.
