32 fl oz Bloody Revolution Ribeye Bloody Mary Mix
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Lopez Family Rub
2 1/2 Lb beef rump roast
6 corn tortillas
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, minced
1 red onions, diced
1 lime, cut into wedges

In a large slow cooker, add Bloody Revolution Mix, Lopez Rub and beef roast, cover and set on low 8 hours.
When beef is tender and shreds with ease, remove from slow cooker, and start to shred apart; while shredding, ladle in leftover juices to keep meat moist and add more flavor.
Warm tortillas in a clean skillet, then scoop in barbacoa, cilantro, red onion and garnish with a lime wedge.
