Bloody Mary Chimichurri

Recipe makes 3 Servings

12 Oz Prime 1 ribeye
1/2 Tsp kosher salt, plus 1 pinch for steak
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 cup(s) flat leaf parsley
1 cup(s) cilantro
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) Santa Prisca Sangrita
2 cloves garlic
1 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Pre-heat grill on high. Season ribeyes with 1 pinch of salt and pepper.
Grill steaks 7 to 8 minutes per side then remove from grill and allow to rest.
Meanwhile, combine oil, parsley, cilantro, vinegar, sangrita, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt in a blender and process until smooth.
Slice beef in thick slices and serve with a generous amount of chimichurri.
Note: Chimichurri can be served with your favorite protein and vegetables.
