Recipe makes 12 Servings

12 Texas Pie Company Mini Tart Shells, Pre-baked according to package directions
6 Oz chopped pecans
1 cup(s) cane syrup
3 eggs
1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk
1 cup(s) sugar
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tsp vanilla
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Meanwhile place tart shells on a lined baking sheet.

Place remaining ingredients into blender and blend at medium speed for 10 seconds, or until completely combined.

Pour mixture into each tart shell until it reaches just below the edge of the crust top. Bake for 15 minutes until center is set.

Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve with ice cream or whip cream.
