Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 scarlet snapper fillets (about 1 Lb), skin removed
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Texas Originals Blackened Seasoning Spice Blend
1/2 cup(s) Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 Tsp lemon, juiced
1/4 Tsp louisiana hot sauce

Cut fillets into 4 portions.

Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium to high heat for 5 minutes, or until skillet is very hot but not smoking.

Meanwhile, brush top sides of fillets with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with half the blackened seasoning blend. Turn fillets over; brush second side with butter and sprinkle with remaining seasoning.

Brush skillet with remaining butter. Sear fish 5 minutes per side, or until center turns from clear to opaque (white) and fish just begins to flake with a fork. Serve immediately.

For tartar sauce, combine ingredients in a small bowl or purchase H-E-B Great Catch Tartar Sauce
