1 Lb mahi mahi fillets
1 H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Blackened Fish Taco Toppers
9 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas

Preheat a grill or sauté pan over high heat. Season fish with blackening rub; set aside.
Cook fish until well browned on both sides, about 1 to 2 minutes,or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Heat tortillas on grill or in a separate pan over high heat until warm.
To make slaw, in a medium bowl combine vegetables and lime juice; set aside.
If necessary break fish into chunks before placing on warmed tortilla and top with slaw.
