Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb fully cooked andouille sausage, diced into chunks or sliced thin
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Long Grain White Rice
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 1/3 cup(s) Beef Broth
1 medium white onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
30 Oz Trappey's Jalapeno Black Eye Peas with Slab Bacon, drained
1 Tsp cajun seasoning, plus more as needed

Combine all ingredients into Instant pot, set mode to rice setting. Place lid on pot and allow to cook until timer goes off.
Once timer goes off, follow Instant Pot instructions for removing lid and venting pressure valve.
Season jambalaya to taste with more Cajun seasoning as needed.
