Recipe makes 4 Servings

15 Oz low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tsp ground cumin
4 soft 7 grain sandwich buns
1 cup(s) avocado, peeled and cubed
1 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 garlic, minced
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Roasted Piquillo Peppers
1/4 cup(s) pickled jalapeños, stems removed, seeded and chopped
1/2 red onions, sliced
1 roma tomato, sliced
1/3 cup(s) queso fresco

Place black beans in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave 3 minutes or until beans are heated through.
Using a fork, mix cumin in beans and mash, leaving some whole.
For each sandwich, spread a layer of beans on both sides of buns.
Layer avocado, lettuce, garlic, peppers, jalapeños, onion, tomato and queso fresco on bottom bun and top with remaining bun.
