Recipe makes 4 Servings

15 1/2 Oz can of reduced sodium black beans, drained
1 Tsp garlic powder, divided use
1/2 Tsp cumin, divided use
1 Tbsp olive oil
10 Oz H-E-B Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad
8 4/5 Oz Central Market Quick Heat White and Red Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
4 Tbsp Dip It Jalapeño Gourmet Yogurt Dip
1 large avocado, diced

Place beans in a microwave safe bowl and add in garlic powder and cumin. Mix well and cover with paper towel and cook 3 minutes until heated through. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add in Brussels sprouts salad and remaining garlic powder and cumin. Sauté 10 minutes tossing frequently.
Divide grains evenly among 4 bowls, next add in beans, Brussels sprouts salad, yogurt dip and avocados. Serve immediately.
