2 Tbsp H-E-B Souper Fruit Bilberry
1 cup(s) Prosecco, like Codorniu Anna Brut

Heat vinegar and sugar together in a pan at medium-high until sugar dissolves to make the "shrub" simple syrup, about 10 minutes, cool.
Add Souper Fruit, wine and 2 tablespoons of the "shrub" simple syrup to a glass, stir gently and add ice if desired.
