Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 cup(s) pecans, chopped
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/4 cup(s) smoked Gouda, crumbled
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 Lb 80% ground beef
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve All Purpose Rub
3/4 cup(s) Better Than Good Bacon Jam, reserve 1/4 c for topping

Pre-heat oven to 375ºF.
Thoroughly combine pecans, green onions, Gouda, bread crumbs, beef, seasoning and bacon jam and form into a loaf; place in a baking dish.
Bake 35 minutes, remove from oven, top with reserved jam and bake 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
