Recipe makes 24 Servings

1 4-ounce package H-E-B Organic Dark Chocolate Bar (70% cocoa)
3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 cup(s) all purpose unbleached flour

Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 9” x 9” pan with enough aluminum foil to wrap over the top edges of the pan. Spray foil with a quick spray of cooking oil.
Melt butter and chocolate together over medium low heat, or in the microwave.
Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool 20 minutes in pan and then remove and cut into bite-sized pieces.
