1 Lb Prime ground chuck (80/20)
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Medium Pico De Gallo
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Seasoing Salt
8 H-E-B Peppered Bacon Strips, cooked crispy
4 H-E-B Natural Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese
4 large H-E-B Sesame Seed Buns

Mix ground beef, pico de gallo and seasoning in a large bowl; form into 4 equal size patties.
Over medium-high heat, in a grill skillet, cook burgers for 5-10 minutes on each side. (Cook to your desired doneness, do not press on patties.)
Once burgers are done, lay 2 strips of bacon on each burger and cover with 1 slice of cheese.
