1 1/4 Oz Hill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin
16 Oz H-E-B Berry Medley
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Light Whipped Topping
8 Oz Hill Country Fare No-Calorie Sweetener
1 H-E-B Pie Crust

Bake pie crust according to package directions and set aside.
Pour 1/2 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl.
Sprinkle gelatin into water to dissolve and let set 2 minutes.
Microwave on high power for 1 minute and set aside.
Combine frozen berries, light whipped topping and no calorie sweetener in a large bowl.
Stir in gelatin mixture and pour into prepared pie crust.
Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 15 minutes or until firm and ready to cut.
