Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 Lb H-E-B Ground Chuck
1/2 Lb H-E-B Ground Brisket
1 cup(s) H-E-B Premium Pastrami, chopped small
1 medium egg
4 Thomas' Original English Muffins

Place ground meats, pastrami and egg in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix by hand until all ingredients are well combined then shape into 4 patties.
Preheat a large non-stick pan to medium-high for 3 minutes. Add patties and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Set aside and keep warm.
Wipe pan clean with a paper towel, and reduce heat to low. Place buns in pan and warm for 2 minutes. Add patties to buns and enjoy.
