Beef Stir Fry with Savory Garlic Sauce

Recipe makes 3 Servings

2 Tbsp sesame oil, divided use
1 H-E-B Beef and Vegetable Kit Stir Fry
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup(s) oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp water
2 Tsp cornstarch

Instructions

In large sauté pan over high heat add 1 tablespoon sesame oil until almost smoking.

Add beef and sauté 3 to 4 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Add remaining sesame oil and add both veggie packets, garlic powder, sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and water. Sauté additional 2 to 3 minutes and sprinkle cornstarch over veggies, then stir until incorporated.

Return beef to pan, stir to combine and cook 2 minutes.

Chef's Note: Serve over rice and garnish with green onion.
