Beef, Bean and Bacon Enchiladas

1 Tbsp H-E-B Canola Oil with Garlic Flavor
1 Lb ground beef
1/2 cup(s) red onion, very finely chopped
15 Oz H-E-B BBQ Beans with Beef and Bacon
1 cup(s) corn
1 Tsp Central Market Organics Adobo Seasoning
6 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B That Green Mild Sauce
1/3 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Cheese

Set a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and ground beef. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until starting to brown.
Add red onions. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until beef is fully cooked and onions are starting to soften.
Add beans, corn and adobo seasoning. Stir well and cook another 1 or 2 minutes, just to heat through. Set aside.
Microwave tortillas 30 seconds to soften. Coat a 9x9-inch pan lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Divide filing evenly between tortillas. Roll tightly and place seam side down.
Top with green sauce, green onions and cheese. Bake 10 minutes, or just until cheese melts and starts to brown.
