Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 cup(s) sweet onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Bean and Bacon Dip
3 cup(s) water
15 Oz H-E-B No-Salt Black Beans, drained and rinsed
15 Oz Progresso Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup(s) Crema Mexicana
1 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat a pan over medium and add diced onion and oil. Stir and cook until onions are tender and translucent, about 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, dip and water to pan and stir. Bring to a simmer and cook about 5 minutes to allow tomatoes to soften.
Add black beans, white beans, crema Mexicana and salt. Stir and bring to a simmer an additional 5 minutes.
Add cilantro to pot and remove from heat. Stir and serve.
Chef's Note:Try garnishing chowder with cubed avocado, chopped green onion or crushed tortilla chips.
