Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1 1/2 Tsp cumin
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Original BBQ Sauce, plus more as needed

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium high heat or about 350°F.

Toss potato wedges in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and cumin until well coated. Place on grill over direct heat until potatoes are nicely marked.

Move wedges to edges of grill and finish over indirect heat until potatoes are just fork tender, about 20 to 30 minutes total.

Remove from grill and brush wedges with BBQ sauce and season with a pinch of salt and pepper while hot. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Dip in more BBQ sauce if desired.
