Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 white onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
15 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Texas Style Ranch Beans
2 cup(s) Mesquite Brisket Sliced

Heat oil in a large cooking pot over medium heat.
Chop onion, seeded jalapeno and tomatoes.
Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Add jalapeno, tomato, beans and brisket; stir to combine.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low heat.
Cook stew for 10 more minutes.
Top stew with pico de gallo, shredded cheese or crushed corn chips.
