8 H-E-B Mixla Corn and Flour Blend Tortillas
2 cup(s) shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup(s) Mark's Sweet 'N Spicy BBQ Sauce
8 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Shredded Chicken
1/3 cup(s) Mexican crema
1 large avocado, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Preheat an empty, dry cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Spread 4 tortillas out on a flat work surface. Use spray oil in quick, short bursts to lightly coat one side of tortilla. Flip over.
Divide 1 cup of the cheese equally among the 4 tortillas. Mix BBQ sauce with shredded chicken. Spread a layer of chicken evenly between the 4 tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.
Place remaining tortillas on top and press down gently. Spray outer side of top tortilla with a light coating of oil.
Place in the heated skillet and cook until golden brown and toasty, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve with a drizzle of crema and garnish with avocado, green onions and cilantro.
