Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 Lb H-E-B Natural Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
10 Oz H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Ultra Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust (12")
4 Tbsp H-E-B Specialty Series Texas Barbeque Sauce, divided
8 Oz H-E-B Shredded 2% Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/4 cup(s) red onion, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

Place chicken in a medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Cook 10 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove chicken from pan, cool, shred and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place pizza crust on a baking pan.
Add 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce to center of crust and spread to 1/2" of edge.
Sprinkle 6 ounces of cheese over sauce.
Add chicken, onion and cucumber.
Drizzle remaining BBQ sauce over pizza and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 10 minutes, or until desired crispness.
