4 H-E-B Drumsticks, skinless
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut each breast in half
2 cup(s) H-E-B 1% Buttermilk
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Signature Series Texas Barbecue Sauce
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tsp H-E-B Baking Powder
1 H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

Combine chicken pieces, buttermilk and barbecue sauce in a large zipper bag, coating chicken; refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 425°F.

Line a large baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Combine flours and baking powder in a large zipper bag; shaking off excess marinade, place one piece of chicken in the bag at a time, shake to coat, shake off excess flour and place on the prepared baking sheet; continue until all pieces have been coated; let sit for 20 minutes before baking.

Spray each chicken piece on both sides with olive oil cooking spray. Bake chicken on center oven rack for 20 minutes, turn over and bake for 20 minutes more, and all pieces are golden brown.
