Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/8 cup(s) olive oil
2 lime, juiced and zested
2 Tsp tequila
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp basil, chopped
4 tilapia fillets

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except tilapia in a zip top bag. Add fish, seal, and turn to coat.

Marinate 30 minutes to an hour.

Preheat grill to medium.

Remove fish from marinade and place on grill. Cook 3 minutes per side.

Pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Turn off heat and spoon sauce over grilled tilapia.
