Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 Lb H-E-B Mi Comida Barbacoa
1 Central Market Italian Pizza Crust
1 cup(s) tomato basil pasta sauce
1 Oz Goya Chipotle Peppers in Adobo
1 cup(s) cilantro
1 1/2 cup(s) queso asadero, shredded
1 Large Hass avocado
1 small white onion, finely diced
1 medium lime, cut in wedges

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Heat barbacoa according to package directions.
Heat pasta sauce and chipotle in a small saucepan.
Spread 1/4 cup sauce on each pizza crust. Cover with barbcoa and cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with cilantro, onion, avocado, and a squeeze of lime.
