2 Lb radishes, tops trimmed and radishes cut in half
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp Mi Tienda Barbacoa Seasoning
1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

In a bowl, add radishes, olive oil and barbacoa seasoning. Toss well to coat.

Place radishes cut side down on the grill. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until nicely charred.

Squeeze a little lemon juice over radishes and season to taste with more barbacoa seasoning before serving.
