1/4 cup(s) H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1 medium garlic, finely chopped
1 Tsp H-E-B Ground Oregano
1/4 Tsp Tapatio Hot Sauce
4 New York Strip Steak Beef Loin, cut 1 inch thick

Mix bourbon with olive oil, chili powder, garlic, oregano and hot pepper sauce to make the marinade.
Add steaks to marinade and marinate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat grill to 375°F.
Grill steaks 4-6 inches from coals for 5-6 minutes per side, turning once.
