24 Oz H-E-B Original Thick Cut Bacon
13 Oz H-E-B Bare Bread Crustless White Bread
9 1/2 Oz Vela Farms Cinnamon Banana Jam
2 Tbsp H-E-B Unsalted Butter

Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Spread out bacon slices on a large sheet pan and cook until almost done, 10 to 12 minutes maximum. Bacon should still be soft. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Set oven to 385ºF.
Place a large piece of parchment paper on a work surface. Layout slices of bare bread in a square so they are just barely overlapping. Add another piece of parchment paper over the top. Roll out bread like a piecrust until about the thickness of a tortilla. Discard parchment paper.
Spread all of jam over bread (leaving an inch around the edge so jam doesn't come out when rolled up).
Cover surface of jam with slices of bacon, leaving no spaces.
Starting at one side, roll up bread with bacon and jam on the inside. Once bread is rolled up, cut into 1 1/2 inch pucks and place 1/2 inch apart on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Melt butter in the microwave then glaze the top of the rolls. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
