Recipe makes 8 Servings

16 Oz dried ziti pasta
1 Lb ground hot Italian sausage
1 medium yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar of H-E-B Healthy Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup(s) ricotta cheese
2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
1 cup(s) Boars Head Pecorino Romano Grated

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water to make sauce.
In a sauté pan add sausage and break up with wooden spoon, for 3 - 4 minutes before adding onion and garlic. Mixture to be fully cooked and slightly browned. Drain out most of rendered fat before adding to pasta.
In a large bowl or same pot pasta was cooked in add pasta, pasta sauce, sausage mixture, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and reserved pasta water.
Mix everything together to thoroughly coat and place into a 9x13inch casserole dish, cover with remaining mozzarella and Pecorino cheese. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
