Recipe makes 6 Servings

16 Oz ziti pasta
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
8 slices of bacon
16 Oz white mushrooms, cut into 1/2 inch slices
10 2/9 Oz Così Com'è Red Datterino Tomato Sauce with Basil
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp lemon, zested
4 Oz shredded Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, shredded
5 Oz arugula

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain but do not rinse. Return to pot and drizzle olive oil over pasta and toss to coat well.
Cut bacon into half inch slices and fry until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
In a medium size saucepan, sauté mushrooms in small amount of olive oil five minutes over medium heat.
Add tomato sauce, whipping cream and lemon zest to pot with mushrooms. Turn heat to medium-high, cook 5 minutes. Add bacon and mix to incorporate.
Place pasta in 9x13-inch baking dish and pour mushroom/tomato sauce mixture over top and mix to incorporate.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over pasta and place in oven.
Bake 30 minutes or until cheese melts and turns slightly brown.
Garnish with arugula and serve.
