3/4 cup(s) H-E-B® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cup(s) ground turkey
1 cup(s) H-E-B® Elbow Macaroni
1 cup(s) H-E-B® 2% Shredded Fancy Cheddar Cheese
3 Oz H-E-B® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 cup(s) broccoli crowns, blanched and chopped
1 asparagus, blanched and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, halved

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray two 12-cup muffin pans with non-stick cooking spray, then sprinkle bread crumbs in each muffin cup.
Heat oil on medium-high in a medium size sauté pan; add ground turkey, and cook 8-10 minutes until no longer pink; cover and set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to boil; add macaroni, and cook about 8 minutes until pasta is cooked, yet still firm to the bite; drain well, and place in a large bowl; stir in turkey, cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, broccoli, asparagus and tomatoes.
Spoon mixture into each muffin cup, then bake 20 minutes.
