Baked Fish Sammies with Lemon and Garlic Aioli

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 tilapia fillets
1 Tsp Giovani Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1/4 Tsp tabasco pepper sauce
1 garlic, minced
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
4 burger buns, toasted
2 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, sliced

Preheat oven at 400°F.
Place tilapia fillets onto a foil lined sheet pan. Drizzle fish with Giovani Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Place fish in oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until fish is done and flaky.
While fish is cooking, combine lemon juice, Tabasco Sauce, and minced garlic with mayonnaise and whisk to combine.
To build the burger, spoon lemon and garlic mayo onto bottom portion of burger bun, then top with tilapia fillet.
Finish with shredded lettuce and tomato. Place top of bun on the burger and serve.
