Recipe makes 9 Servings

3 cup(s) rolled oats
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup(s) smashed ripe banana, about 3 bananas
2 large eggs, beaten
3 cup(s) skim milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup(s) maple syrup
1 cup(s) strawberries, sliced
1 cup(s) blueberries
1/4 cup(s) pecan pieces, chopped

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl combine banana, eggs, milk, vanilla and maple syrup.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
Stir in berries and pecans.
Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake 40 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes then serve.
