Bagel and Lox Cheeseball

Recipe makes 12 Servings

8 Oz cream cheese, softened
5 .2000 Oz Boursin cheese
1/4 cup(s) chives, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) capers, finely chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon zest
4 Oz H‑E‑B Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 pkg. bagel crisps

Using a food processor or a hand mixer combine all ingredients except bagel crisps. Cover and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to firm.
Using a rolling pin or food processor, crush contents of 1/2 bag of bagel crisps.
Place crushed crisps into a large bowl.
Remove cheese ball mixture from refrigerator. Roll into a ball, then place it in the bowl with crushed crisps. Roll cheese ball to coat.
Remove cheese ball from the crisps and place on a platter. Surround cheese ball with remaining whole bagel crisps and serve.
