Starting at one end of hot dog wrap one piece of bacon in a spiral, stretching bacon slightly around entire length of hot dog. Secure ends with a toothpick and set aside.
Repeat with remaining hot dogs and bacon.
Heat a large skillet over medium setting. Add hot dogs to pan and cook until bacon is desired crispiness - or about 9 to 12 minutes.
Remove pan from heat. While pan is still warm, drizzle with sauce and turn to coat hot dogs thoroughly. Sauce should reduce slightly in pan and make a glaze on hot dogs.
Place hot dogs in buns and garnish with jalapeños. Serve immediately. Drizzle with more sauce if desired.
