Bacon Wrapped Brussels with Maple Mustard Dip

Recipe makes 24 Servings

24 Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
12 slices of bacon, cut in half
24 wooden toothpicks
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Line a sheet pan with foil.
Wrap each Brussels sprout with a half piece of bacon then place seam down on baking sheet and pierce each Brussels sprout with a toothpick. Sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder and place in oven to roast 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Remove from oven and place on serving tray.
To make dipping sauce, mix together maple syrup with both kinds of mustard and mayonnaise and place in a bowl.
