Recipe makes 20 Servings

6 H-E-B Bakery Fresh Flour Tortillas
6 slices H-E-B Jalapeño Bacon
1 lime, juiced
2 large Hass avocados, chopped
3 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced thin
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup(s) red onion, chopped
1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Heat oven to 400°F.
Place tortillas directly on oven rack, and bake 3 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut each into 6 wedges.
Cook bacon until crisp. Cut each slice into 6 pieces, place in small serving dish. Set aside.
Combine lime juice, avocado, kiwi, cilantro, red onion, and serrano pepper in 2-quart mixing bowl. Gently toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in serving bowl, cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, top each tortilla wedge with 1 piece of bacon and 1 tablespoon avocado kiwi salsa.
