Bacon Cheddar Honey Cornbread

1/2 cup(s) salted butter, melted
1 large egg
3/4 cup(s) milk
16 Oz Central Market Honey Cornbread Mix
8 Oz H-E-B Spicy Relish that Corn
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk butter, egg and milk until well combined, then stir in cornbread mixture then fold in corn relish.
Pour half of the prepared cornbread batter into greased baking dish then sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over cornbread batter. Top with remaining cornbread batter.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cornbread comes out clean. Allow cornbread to cool 10 minutes prior to serving.
