Recipe makes 8 Servings

10 slices fully cooked bacon, finely chopped
8 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas
2 cup(s) H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 cup(s) Asiago cheese, shredded
1/2 cup(s) Byers' Best Candied Jalapeños, drained and chopped
1/4 fl oz fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 small Hass avocados, sliced thin

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook 1 to 2 minutes, just to crisp a little.

Toast tortillas briefly in skillet about 2 minutes each side to warm. Place on a cutting board.

Spread 4 tortillas evenly with both cheeses, bacon and jalapeños. Top with an additional tortilla.

Spray outer side with a short burst of nonstick spray and return to pan. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes each side, or until golden brown.

Garnish with cilantro and avocado.
