1 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 cup(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Baker's Scoop Cocoa
1/2 cup(s) Large Hass avocado, diced
2 eggs
1/2 Tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa powder and stir.

In a separate bowl, gently beat avocado, eggs and vanilla until combined.

Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Do not overwork or cookies will become tough.

Gently stir in chocolate chips.

On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out 1 oz. balls of dough (an ice cream scoop is helpful for this). Space them evenly apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden and a toothpick can be inserted into the cookie without leaving residue. Serve warm.
