Recipe makes 28 Servings

1 egg, whole
1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup(s) champagne vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lemon, juiced
4 anchovies
10 garlic, minced
1/8 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Large Hass avocado, smashed
1 1/2 cup(s) avocado oil
1/2 cup(s) olive oil
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper

In a blender, combine all ingredients except oil. Purée.
Switch the speed to high, drizzle in the avocado oil.
Reduce the speed to low and drizzle in the olive oil. If the dressing becomes too thick, add water to thin.
For a delicious Chicken Caesar Wrap, make with spinach tortilla wraps, grilled chicken, romaine lettuce and fresh tomato. Top each with 1 Tbsp. of Caesar dressing, roll tight and serve.
