4 large H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Latin-N-Lime Rub
1 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Tomatillo Salsa
1/2 cup(s) honey
1 cup(s) H-E-B Apple Sauce
1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced
1 Tbsp Montana Mex Avocado Oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season chicken breasts with Adams Reserve Latin-N-Lime Rub. Refrigerate and allow to rest 30 minutes.
In a bowl, combine Cookwell & Company Tomatillo Salsa, honey, apple sauce, and diced apples.
Heat Montana Mex Avocado Oil in a pan until oil ripples. Place chicken in the pan, and sear on one side. Flip chicken over in pan. Add tomatillo salsa/apple mixture to pan.
Place pan in oven and roast until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F, about 20 minutes.
