2 Lb Sirloin Tip Steak
2 sweet onion, finely chopped
2 Tsp H-E-B Light Brown Sugar
2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp Central Markets Organics Ground Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp H-E-B Non Pareil Capers, chopped
1/3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Thyme
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Ketchup
2 Tsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Rubbed Sage
1/3 Tbsp H-E-B Oregano

Instructions

Trim the steak and cut into pieces. Place in an ovenproof dish and cover with the chopped onions.

Blend other ingredients together and pour over steak. (The chopped onion will hold some of the liquid). Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours

Bake, covered with foil or ovenproof lid, at 350°F for 1 hour.
