1 cup(s) Golden Dipt Mix Tempura Batter
3/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Walnut Halves & Pieces
1 Tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup(s) lime, juiced
1/4 cup(s) Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 Lb chicken tenders, frozen

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Then combine the tempura mix, walnuts and chopped ginger in a food processor bowl and process for 5 seconds. Place walnut mixture in a shallow bowl.
Combine the lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
Dip the chicken in the walnut mixture and then dip into the lime juice mixture. Roll the chicken one more time in the walnut mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the chicken on the center oven rack for 30 minutes until golden and the juices run clear.
