Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Lb skirt steak, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced thinly in rounds
1 yellow squash, sliced thinly into rounds
1 carrots, sliced thinly
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp plum sauce
1 Tbsp lemon grass, finely chopped
2 cup(s) H-E-B Jasmine Rice, cooked

Heat a large sauté pan or Wok on high heat.
Add canola and seasame oil to pan, stir-fry beef for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, stir-fry 12 more minutes, stirring often, or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
