2 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Fine Select Green Beans
6 Oz H-E-B Steamable Asian White Rice
2 H-E-B Wild Alaskan Cod Fillets, thawed
1 Tbsp peanut oil
1 Tbsp Kadoya Sesame Oil
1/4 cup(s) teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Place green beans in a microwave-safe dish and cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes and set aside.

Heat rice according to package directions and keep warm.

Cut thawed fillets into one-inch slices, set aside.

Heat large wok or skillet over high heat for 4 minutes.

Add oil and heat for 30 seconds, add fish and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until almost cooked.

Add green beans and sauce and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Place fish and green beans over steamed rice on platter and top with sesame seeds.
