1 Grilling Mesh
24 Oz Catfish fillets
1/3 cup(s) A Taste of Thai Peanut Satay Sauce
2 1/2 Oz H-E-B Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions

Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat (375°F.)

Line baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.

Place a grilling mesh on the baking sheet and spray with no-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Brush both sides of each fillet with satay sauce.

Coat each fillet with bread crumbs and place on prepared grilling mesh.

Grill fillets on the grilling mesh for 5-10 minutes until fish flakes (without turning over.)

Serve immediately.
