Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1 lemon, juiced
4 salmon fillets (4 oz pieces)
2 cedar planks (soaked in water 1 hours prior to using)

To make marinade, lightly whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chili powder and lemon in a mixing bowl.
Place fillets in a seal-able bag and add marinade. Turn bag and coat salmon with marinade mixture.
Let fillets sit for 2 to 6 hours, turning bag occasionally. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat grill to medium heat (350-400°F).
Place cedar planks on the grill; then place marinated salmon fillets on the planks.
Cover and cook for roughly 12 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 150°F.
